The Victoria Falls Bridge, an engineering marvel spanning the Zambezi River, connects Zimbabwe and Zambia near the famous Victoria Falls. Completed in 1905, the steel arch bridge is 198 meters long and offers breathtaking views of the cascading waterfalls and the surrounding gorge. Originally built as part of Cecil Rhodes’ ambitious Cape-to-Cairo railway project, the bridge now serves as a vital transportation link and a popular tourist attraction, hosting activities such as bungee jumping and zip-lining.
