Shearwater=rip-off
Attention, absolute rip-off. We had booked a transfer from Kasane to Victoria Falls City and back through an agency. The price was already quite heavy at US$70/person. Then when we arrived at the Shearwater office in Vic Falls City, suddenly we wanted to have $140 on the grounds that the price was just for the one-way trip. D.h. 560$ for 4 people!!! For this price I would have expected a flight, or at least a Range Rover in Pullman version with champagne and caviar. Instead, we changed cars six times on the way back and forth, missed our helicopter flight scheduled for 9 a.m., finally took off at 11:30 a.m., so we wasted the whole morning in the cosmopolitan city of Vic Falls City. Wet and Wild Ride!
Had a fun and wet adventure jet boating at Victoria Falls. This is not the same as jet boating in New Zealand, but still a fun and informative ride. Very friendly staff. You do have to trek down and then back up 365 steps (often steep) so be prepared for that. You also will get wet! Gorgeous setting - amazing seeing the falls from the river.

Memorable Tour Experience
We booked 3 tours from Shearwater as below which turned out to be very good experience and we had memorable tours with them. The reason we chose Shearwater because their customer service was more responsive and attentive via emails and WhatsApp as compared to their competitor - Wild Horizons. The only setback was that they required more time to respond to our requests. 1) Zambezi Sunset River Cruise - 5 star for this tour with relaxing cruise experience served with free flow of drinks and alcohol plus snacks. We managed to see nile crocodile, bushbuck, vulture, hippos, birds, etc. The guide at the cruise was very informative and interesting when provided us with explanations on the wildlife while the service staff were attentive and friendly. The sunset was incredibly beautiful too! 2) Chobe Full Day Game Drive - 5 star experience for this game drive (3 hours Safari Jeep & 3 hours River Cruise). This was the best Safari experience we had in Africa. We managed to see many wildlife including African elephants, giraffes, impalas, variety of birds, nile crocodiles and even the lionesses! The guide was so fun and knowledgeable which was the main reason we had so much great time. The buffet lunch was very delicious with good variety too. 3) Victoria Fall Private Tour - 4 star for this tour because it was too misty and some parts of the viewpoints were impossible to see anything, but we totally understand that this has nothing to do with Shearwater. Still, we were very impressed by the Victoria Falls because the tour guide was very good in his explanation on the history and factual details about the waterfalls. We are very satisfied with Shearwater as their staff are very friendly, professional and more importantly serve with a smile especially the tour guides and the drivers. We highly recommend Shearwater for their reliable tour service and once again, thank you for the wonderful experience.

Great way to spend one evening
It was nice atmosphere and great way to spend afternoon in Vic fall city. Even if I was solo traveler, I could mingle with others so interacting with others is highly recommended (spending 2-3 alone with drink service might not be the best)

Give Shearwater a change to make your trip a tip top experience.
We booked our activities at Vic Falls through Shearwater including a guide at the falls, a helicopter trip and a luxury cruise on the river. The lady who handled our bookings was Shamiso and she is friendly and efficient. Shearwater's service is excellent; they are punctual, communicate effectively through whatsapp, easy payment, good prices. Brilliant way to view Vic Falls
The jet boat tour is amazing. The view of the Falls from the bottom is exceptional - a truly once in a lifetime experience; you’ll remember it forever. The staff are brilliant; very helpful, informative and super-friendly. Now, both the warning, but if you can handle it, a dramatic, breathtaking (in every sense of the word) surprise; access is quite difficult - so you best be a bit fit. The metal steps are incredibly steep at parts, and the rock steps are dangerous in sections too - but what an experience having climbed in and out of that wonderful gorge. Poor quality bungee clip and photos for such a high price
